CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation received by February 10, 2010, will be refunded, less a US$25 processing fee and a US$10 processing fee for each short course. Cancellations received after February 10, 2010, will be refunded, less a US$50 processing fee and less a US$15 processing fee for each short course. Requests for refunds received after March 15, 2010 will not be honored. All cancellations must be made in writing to keying.ye@utsa.edu, via fax to (210) 458-6350, or mail to the address on right (where the mail-in registration form is sent).

Purchase orders will not be accepted. No exceptions.
